		<description>Hi Rana,

Saw your video on youtube about the work at home mom project you're working on. Whatever it is, it sounds quite exciting. Would love to be informed of what this is all about. Please keep me informed.

Read your bio and noticed that you went to Evans High School in Augusta. I currently live right near Evans in Grovetown, so small world, huh??!!

I'm a stay at home mom, and recovering traditional network marketer! lol Well I did work the business mostly online, but from a very tiresome approach of doing full presentations of my opportunity to each prospect (attrition was horrible, like trying to fill a leaking bucket). And though I achieved a certain level of success, the stress that came with it was NOT worth it. Fortunately, that's all in the past now. I'm learning a better way through Renegade Professional and SBI! (as you're quite familiar with). I know with passion, patience, and consistency, I can learn how to build a real business like so many others online.

The thing I want to know is, from your experience is it possible to build a network marketing business and team in particular, without feeling bound to support them to the point of it feeling burdensome. I want a business where I can give team members the tools and we work as equals as we each stand on our own two feet. (the team cliques/culture, pin levels, conventions, etc. just don't fit for me anymore.) I don't mind assisting people (within reason), I just want to have a LIFE outside of building a business.

Please give me your thoughts. Inquiring minds want to know!

Oh, and another connection we have is music. Though I don't have a degree in music therapy (I have a BA in Music - piano performance), I'm currently using my passion of music to provide music as therapy to my mother who has Alzheimer's. (I'm working on a SBI! business that focuses on this and other aspects of being a caregiver).

Thanks for reading. Look forward to hearing from you.

<description>It was indeed a great weekend of learning and networking. I am glad to have met you while there. It is clear that you have earned a great deal of respect from the other Renegade leaders. Now that we are back home... wow! So many ideas!

		<description>Hi Rana,
It was great spending the day with you. I learned from you too. I'm looking forward to our "grand opus" Renegade Pro and beyond training we put together. Working with you is a joy and a delight.

Have a happy birthday tomorrow. Get home safe. Enjoy your family. I'm looking forward to hearing more and more this year about the journey you'll be taking with your son and your shared business (and passion).

Best to you Rana. I'm so glad we had the opportunity to meet.

Eric
